| To best meet your company's needs, colocation in Thorn's facility is offered
three ways: |
Single server racks — Accommodates most
server sizes |
Lockable cabinets — Fully ventilated and
available in half or full sizes |
Private cages — Custom built to your specifications |
| |

| All colocated servers at Thorn's data center are fed
with redundant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
to ensure continuous, reliable electrical power to your equipment. In the
event of a total power outage, your network stays up and running, so you're
protected against losing valuable data. UPS also safeguards equipment from
power surges and power sags so physical damage will not occur. In case
of an emergency or the primary UPS fails, our diesel-powered generators
will kick in and run indefinitely. |

| The proper environment is crucial for optimum performance, health and longevity
of your hardware, servers and equipment. Our colocation facilities are
monitored 24/7 for the two most important factors
— humidity and temperature. Redundant air conditioning units control the
air temperature and humidity levels. In the unlikely event of a fire, a state-of-the-art
fire protection/suppression system is in place to prevent loss or damage. |

| Access to Thorn's colocation facility is limited to security personnel,
Thorn technicians, and key card holders. To protect your valuable data
and equipment, there is video surveillance throughout to monitor secured
areas 24 hours a day. |

| To meet your company's network connectivity needs, Thorn offers a variety
of Internet speeds and access methods through IP, frame relay, and ATM.
For communicating digital information, local access is provided via protected
SONET (Synchronous Optical Networking) fiber rings. |
